Let it be known! You can now submit feature requests and ideas through our Service Portal here!

Our new Engagement Tracker feature is live and waiting to give you all the deets in your Episode metrics!
We're especially big fans of looking at Pauses and ensuring that our key takeaways align with the content areas that our audience may want to listen to a few times.
We've been hearing the "b" word a whole lot lately. No, no... not that one!! We're talking about the word "busy."
In an effort to better meet our customers (yes, you!) where they are, we'll be launching all Enablement Sessions exclusively on-demand. If this doesn't fit your needs and you'd prefer that we offer more live sessions, please tell us!!
According to Podnews, Chartable will be removing its integration with Apple Podcasts Connect starting June 1st.
Chartable users, this means that Apple Podcasts consumption data will no longer be available. Don't worry - Casted will still be reporting on all Apple downloads and Insights!
We are over the moon for our friends at Zylo who won TechPoint's Mira Award for Scale-Up of the Year this past Saturday! Congratulations!!!

Zylo | SaaSMe Unfiltered: The SaaS Management Podcast
"I think about what are my favorite ones... that one's got to come from our friends over at Salesforce. Their SAM team was doing some work, and they actually discovered that they were spending a lot of money on a video and photo editing application.
When they dug into it, they found the primary use case for that tool within their company was to be editing cat pictures and videos. Like cat... like meow cat.
I mean, this really was the tipping point to building a business case for SaaS Management for Salesforce. The primary goal in doing that was to discover everything and then to implement governance to avoid instances, like the cat instance, and to save money.""
Why We π It: Major nostalgia for millennials and some hindsight perspective that makes you wonder what just might've happened if record labels worked with Napster instead of against them. Maybe we would've had iTunes even sooner?
Why We π It: You're essentially getting a step-by-step guide on how to get your company content to page one in Google Search. And we're not the only ones who are ga-ga for PBM... our friends at Trava and Powderkeg can't put the book down either!
Why We π It:βWhen youβre not able to articulate the direction you want your content to take your readers, itβs difficult for your readers to understand where youβre taking them, too.β
